Applicant Tracking, Human Resources and AuraPortal BPMS

AuraPortal uses its advanced technology of its portals and processes to help organizations find the most qualified associates by streamlining the hiring process. Job vacancies, applicant tracking and coordination with members of the human resource staff, and the organization, can now be achieved seamlessly. The employment selection, hiring process and hiring of personnel will be much more effective and efficient.

Applicant Tracking Process. A database of candidates, open positions and profiles – internally (Intranet) and externally (Internet and/or Extranet) –  employment applications, questionnaires, requests by the candidate, interview management, evaluation, replies to the candidates, control of times and costs of the selection.

Hiring Process. Using the applicant tracking process, AuraPortal standardizes the employment process with offer letters, requests and approvals using digital signatures, W-4 and I-9 preparation and contracts with signatures, if necessary. AuraPortal can insert the record into the HRMS, create network logins with the necessary permissions to access the company’s network.

Day One on the Job. Using the hiring process, the system can automatically start all the actions that must be executed, such as orientation, receipt and acknowledgment of the company manual, allocation of assets, as well as other actions that have internal rules, some with legal implications, quality control, work security, personnel training, safety, data security and so on.

Further, AuraPortal can be used for other requests during the tenure of the employee and allow organizations to secure their data networks and assets during an employee’s termination.
